G.991.2 Annex F (G.SHDSL)
Single-pair high-speed digital subscriber line services compliant with G.991.2 Annex F allow for symetrical speeds of upto 5696kbit/s per copper pair. Trellis Coded Pulse Amplitude Modulation (TCPAM) is used to extended the symmetrical speed reach over longer distances however the service operates in the frquency ranges of POTS and ISDN meaning SHDSL can not coeixst with other services on an PSTN line (of be used with an ADSL style microfiler).
