7600 Issues

 

IPv6 uRPF is not support in harware, this output is from a 7600-3CXL-10G on the built-in 10G ports on the RSP, the same happens on a WS-X6704-10G with CFC, haven't tried with DFC, probably the same though;

7600(config-if)# ipv6 verify unicast source reachable-via any
%Warning: Feature not supported in hardware.
           Packets for TenGigabitEthernet6/4 will be software switched.

7600(config-if)#no ipv6 verify unicast source reachable-via any
TenGigabitEthernet6/4 packets will now be hardware switched.
