Configure host aliases to connect to each VTY session on ports 2018 to 2033 (2000 + the VTY number), configure a terminal menu, then set it to activate when connecting to the router (autocommand) via SSH/Telnet;

interface FastEthernet 0/0
 ip address 192.168.21.37 255.255.254.0

! Create a list of static host assignments that all point to the local route IP but at accending port numbers;
! These are not random port numbers, each one corresponds to one of the serial access lines in the HWIC-16A.
! Use "show lines" to see that there are 16 VTY lines numbered 18 to 33. Reverse telnet and auxiliary sessions
! exist on port 2000 and upwards so VTY 18 for example is on port 2080.
